Brush Deburring CNC2062 CNC Deburring System
Finishing Associates in conjunction with James Engineering is excited to announce there invention of deburring, featuring new patent-pending technology.
The concept is amazingly simple! Open the front door, put Part-A into the Part-A fixture, close the door, and press the Part-A Hot Button. The cycle starts automatically and completes the part's multi-position deburring operation automatically. Simply repeat for additional parts. There are 10 Hot Buttons, which means the machine can process 10 different parts, one after another, all by the same means. Put the part and its fixture into the spindle holder, press the appropriate Hot Button and watch the machine automatically reconfigure and process each different part with no setup required. Up to 100 other cycle parts can be run just as easy by simply entering a part code and pressing the cycle start buttons.
The 2062 comes in several different enclosure sizes, depending on the size of part to be processed. There can be one to four tool heads in a single enclosure. There are wet and dry options as well.
Each Tool head can independently perform concurrent deburring using several different deburring products such as brushes, grinding wheels, carbide and CBN/diamond tools.
Each tool holder provides automatic tool wear compensation while maintaining constant work pressure throughout the life of the tool.
This system provides focused deburring which means it only deburrs the specific area that needs deburring.
The CNC axes can perform true interpolation if needed, as well as a "simplified interpolation." This is where an axis performs a linear motion, but the tool will follow an edge with bolt protrusions, subtle arcs and curve automatically. This feature allows for automatic casting compensation which occurs when a raw casting or forging is initially positioned for the first machine operation.
The 2062 Deburring System truly brings a revolution to the battlefield of deburring. |
