| 462 Deburr System The 462 Deburr System is a small and compact, fully contained system. This system is perfect for the customer that needs a small, compact deburring machine that is equipped with an enclosure and safety doors. The 462 Deburr System comes standard with one 414 Chamfer Tool and has the capability of three tools total. The 462 features Allen Bradley PLC and the control system has the capability to turn the tools on or off for each cycle. The 462 is a real workhorse sharing the tools, spindle and chucking system with all our other systems. It is designed as a tabletop unit for the most cost conscious customers. There is an optional 416 Dust enclosure following the same cost conscious spirit making this system very flexible and the greatest value on the market. System Includes: - Rotary Table

| 562 Deburr SystemThe 562 Deburr System is a medium sized, fully contained system. This system is great for medium duty work; pieces up to 150 pounds. This system is the smallest system offering the wet option. Parts can be washed at the same time as the part is being processed. The 562 Deburr System is a rugged high volume machine. It's integrally designed 7-gauge steel enclosure houses the modularly-designed components. The Allen Bradley PLC control system allows maximum flexibility within the program. Our PLC programming allows up to four tools to be started individually, sequentially, all together, or with on and off delays. As with each of the following models (862 & 962), the PLC provides the maximum multi-function processing per cycle capability. The 562 has the option of being a dry dust collection system or a wash system to wash parts concurrently. This machine represents years of refinement and is the standard of the industry. | 862 Deburr System The 862 Deburr System is simply a scaled up version of the 562 Deburr System. The 862 can process parts up to 40 inches in diameter while retaining the ability to do parts as small as 2 inches in diameter. The 862 comes with either dry dust collection or concurrent wash system. The 862 Deburr System is the largest system offered with a completely enclosed cabinet. Starting with parts from 24 inches ranging up to 60 inches, this system is widely used throughout facilities producing heavy duty parts. System Includes: - Hydraulic Rotary Table

| 962 Deburr SystemThe 962 Deburr System is a fully automatic part processor. The modular design includes input and output conveyors, robotic load and unload, automatic spindle clamping and up to six tool operations per cycle. Each of these tools can be replaced in less than five minutes, which keeps the machines on-line and providing parts. The Allen Bradley PLC control system is simple to operate with 100% diagnostics. The 962 is a proven workhorse capable of processing 3,500 parts over a 24-hour period. This machine is designed to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year in and year out. The standard wash system dramatically reduces maintenance and up-keep by removing all the spent materials from the work area efficiently; leaving a clean work environment. | |
